Pray hun!! Get away from everyone and everything…make sure it’s silent and cast all your pain and suffering on the Lord through prayer. Talk to God and tell God all your secrets like you would do that very close person in your life. Reverence yourself and let God take you. Ask him to and let him. When I’m disconnected from the source…another thing I do is to make it to church. Even if only a little, it helps.
