What a joyous season, the celebration of the birth of our Savior?
Isn’t it a great time of the year?
The celebration of his birth doesn’t have to be on His birthday but it’s celebrated in December and it is a joyous time.

I like the weather.
(Any time it drops below 80F is pretty good, in my book.)
Jesus was born during December? I thought it was the winter solstice we were celebrating.
Well, I’m not Christian, but it does seem like a very nice season with the spirit of giving afloat–if people truly follow that spirit instead of caring so much literally about Santa (b/c i understand the SPIRIT of Santa) and his presents.
I love Winter Solstice and snow.
Yes, the death and rebirth of the sun in late December is very definitely worth celebrating. I can’t wait till it gets warm again
Really? When was he born, not Dec. 25. How do you suppose he feels? You celebrate his birth on a day he was not born on, is mixed with pagan tradition. You keep making him out to be a helpless baby in a manger when he’s a powerful king in heaven, you don’t even invite him, you exchange presents among yourselves but have nothing for him, you praise the star that led astrologers to him by Satan in an attempt to have him killed, even singing songs about it. You lose sight of Jesus for a fat man in a red suit that you lie to your kids about. Yeah real joyous!
Christ our Savior is born. What a great event that must have been. I wish I could have been there.
