Bush is finally leaving office, clearing the way for our nation to be restored to its former glory. What a great day today will be. I’m stuck working so I won’t be able to watch it sadly.

It is the most joyous day of my life. I have waited a lifetime to see the Blacks have their day. Today is the day. I have wished for this for 4 years. Now my Folks have me running all over This earth for medical appointments. I am royally pissed off.

Me personally, the only joyous thing about this day is that when I punch the clock at 4:15pm I get to go home to my gorgeous husband and beautiful baby daughter…they are the ONLY thing that is joyous about this day!
About to eat breakfast then back to sleep for a cat nap. then I will go shopping and return to have dinner with my best friend, Happy New Year.
I will sadly be working too… I think they may set up a tv though so we can pop in and watch some of it.
Ding, dong, the witch is dead! I have to go clean apartments at an assisted living facility my parents own, but I get to watch it on TV with the residents. There are only 13 residents (15 apartments only), and they voted unanimously to postpone lunch until 12:30 so they could watch. And this is a Republican county!
I shall go to work, curl up with a great book and be glad all the hate is off Mr. Bush!
